The DCFS program is a three-year undergraduate programme that is divided into six semesters. Digital and Cyber forensics is a branch of forensic science that focuses on the recovery and investigation of digital evidence that is found in a cybercrime.
In detail, it is defined as the process of preservation, identification, extraction, and documentation of digital evidence. Digital forensics was traditionally known as computer forensics. Both digital forensics and cyber security focuses on the protection of digital assets.
Observing from current trends of cyber-crime, we would say that it is one the domains which holds future of IT industry. The job positions are offered by Governmental organisations, reputed private companies with good purchase after degree with certifications. To produce more cyber soldiers for the purpose of solving many Internets oriented issues, our college has started this course in the year of 2022.
