Admission and Check-In

  • Application: Submit the student’s details and valid identification proof at least 7 days before arrival.
  • Verification: Present and verify the fee receipt and room allotment letter during check-in.
  • Inventory Handover: Inspect the room inventory and sign the check-in register upon taking possession of the room.

Timing and Movement Control

  • Curfew: The main gates will be strictly locked at 9:00 PM.
  • Roll Call: Night attendance will be taken in the students’ rooms by the wardens at 9:30 PM.
  • Leave/Outings: Written, parent-approved requests must be submitted for leave or outings in accordance with the prescribed SOP.

Discipline and Prohibitions

  • Substances: The possession or use of alcohol, smoking products, vaping products, and illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • Visitors: Outside guests and unauthorised female visitors are not permitted inside student rooms.
  • Appliances: Heavy electrical appliances, including immersion rods and heaters, are strictly prohibited.

Mess and Maintenance

  • Dining: Meals will be served only in designated mess areas and during the specified dining hours.
  • Upkeep: Rooms must be swept daily, and common areas will undergo deep cleaning every week.
  • Repairs: Maintenance issues must be reported through the digital or physical helpdesk register.
